01 Airport transfer arrangements
We can arrange to meet you at Narita International Airport, Haneda Airport, Toyama Airport

The shuttle service is fully reservation-based. Please make a reservation ten days in advance.
Airport pickup: We will arrive at the airport lobby one hour before your flight landing time.
Airport drop-off: The recommended time is to leave for the airport three hours before the flight departure.

Departure: You will arrive at the station lobby one hour before the bus arrives and wait.
Return trip: It is recommended to depart for the station two hours before the departure of the shuttle bus.
03 Hakuba Village Transportation Services
If you are travelling to Hakuba by public transport, we can arrange to pick you up at Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal or Hakuba Station.
-Service Description-
Please inform us in advance of your mode of transportation and estimated time of arrival.
Departure: We will arrive at the station 20 minutes before the bus arrives.
Return trip: The recommended time is 40 minutes before the departure time of the shuttle bus to take you to the station.
04Car rental and free travel
You can plan your own itinerary, or we can arrange popular attractions for you and join you on your trip.

Reservations can be made five days to one month before the date of use.
Renewal service: If you still need to continue your trip after this service ends, please contact us.
05Bicycle Rental

Lessee Qualifications and Documents
The lessee must be 18 years of age or older and must present the following documents when picking up the vehicle before renting the vehicle.
A valid personal driver's license or a valid international driver's visa.
Passport or valid personal identification document.
Lessee's responsibilities and obligations
Parking fees, traffic fines and costs or losses caused by traffic violations during the rental period shall be borne by the lessee.
The lessee shall use and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the obligations of a good manager.
Please notify us immediately if the vehicle has any defects or does not operate properly.
Fee Standards and Cancellation Fees
Rent: The rent is subject to the rent table.
＊ The rental fee is calculated based on the business date and the return procedure must be completed during business hours. If the return is overdue, it will be calculated as one-day rental. ＊ If the lessee wishes to renew the lease, please obtain the company's consent before the agreed return time (the company reserves the right to decide whether to renew the lease).
Cancellation Fee Instructions
The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled on the scheduled pick-up date or without notice.
If you cancel within 1 day before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day), 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel 2-3 days before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day), 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel 4-9 days before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day), 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation 10 days before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day), 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
